Ingredients
- 120 g baked puff pastry orleft over croissant
- 30 g almond flakes
- 15 g slivered pistachio
- 15 g roasted pine nuts
- 10 g esiccated coconut(Optional)
- 250 ml fresh milk
- 250 ml cream
- 50 g sugar
ย 50 ml whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Break down the puff pastry orcroissant and place in a baking dish with the nuts mixed thru.
- Boil the milk, cream and sugar andpour over the puff pastry.Allow soaking for 20-30 min.
- Pipe the whipped cream on the topand bake at high temperature for 1 min until golden color on the top (gratin).
